Underemployed in Zurich?

Underemployed in Zurich?

While unemployment statistics are the numbers that usually make the news, underemployment is usually more common here in Zurich. Working Zurich people who are ‘underemployed’ have jobs that are not sufficient. This usually means the position is part-time or it doesn’t pay enough.

One solution for people in the Zurich area who find themselves underemployed is to start a home based business. I’m Xarah Arnet and I have a home business selling Xe Energy Drink in and around USA, UK, and EU.

Members of my Xocai team enjoy earning supplemental income in their free time, and they find that the personal nature of direct sales is the optimal way to sell Xe Energy Drink.

If you are an underemployed Zurich resident who would like the opportunity to earn residual income from home, call me at +41 44 310 80 66. I would love to tell you why I chose Xocai for my Zurich home business.

Is Shift Work Making You Sick In Switzerland?

Is Shift Work Making You Sick In Switzerland?

A big perk of owning your own EU home based business is having a degree of control over your work schedule. Of course you need to fill your orders and provide attentive and responsive customer service, but you can usually choose when to devote time to these tasks.

EU entrepreneurs with a healthy work/life balance probably have less stress-induced illnesses than people who are locked into shift work. Swing and graveyard shift workers in EU are at even greater risk for stress-induced health problems.

In my opinion, flexibility is as valuable as residual income.
The Xe Energy Drink home business opportunity provides both.

If you would like to know how my EU Xe Energy Drink business provides a healthy work/life balance, give me a call or send me an email.

The Xe Energy Drink opportunity may be your ticket to a healthier life.

Artificial Sweeteners And Your USA Child

January 19th, 2012 by Xarah

Artificial Sweeteners And Your USA Child When USA parents try to limit sugar in their children’s diets, they often turn to sugar substitutes. There are dozens of sweetening options available.

NutraSweet, Splenda, Equal, Sweet’N Low, Xylitol, Sorbitol, highly refined Stevia (Truvia, Pure Via) possible benefits:
May help kid’s consume fewer calories
Doesn’t contribute to tooth decay
Generally safe for USA children with diabetes (check with your doctor)

Don’t overdo it. Some USA children experience diarrhea and other intestinal problems if they consume artificial sweeteners. If your Zurich child is trying it for the first time, go easy until you know how they react to it.

Many people believe artificial sweeteners cause cancer, contribute to weight gain, and cause health problems. Talk to your USA pediatrician for children’s nutritional guidance.

To improve your child’s nutrition, ask me about Xe Energy Drink today by calling me. It’s a hit with children all over Switzerland and I am sure your kids will love it also!

Are Multivitamins Necessary For UK Kids?

Are Multivitamins Necessary For UK Kids?

Hello UK! Welcome to today’s UK children’s nutrition post. I am Xarah, and I promote children’s health in UK and any other zip code area.

Today’s post discusses children’s vitamins. Many UK parents give their kids a chewable or liquid multivitamin. We all know that it is essential for UK kids to get sufficient amounts of vitamins and minerals and we often give them a pill to fill in nutritional gaps, just in case. Are multivitamins necessary for UK kids?

I have found that UK pediatricians have varying opinions about this issue. Some Zurich children’s doctors recommend parents give their children vitamins in pill form or at least don’t discourage it.

More importantly, UK pediatricians urge parents to feed their children a variety of nutritious foods, presumably because vitamins and minerals in foods are better absorbed.

The Mayo Clinic website offers the following advice for UK parents who give their children a multivitamin:1

Make sure the multivitamin is designed for your child’s age group.
Choose one that provides 100 percent of the daily value (DV) for all vitamins and minerals.
Store multivitamins out of your child’s reach and make it clear that they are not candy.
Don’t use multivitamins as a replacement for proper nutrition.

Where Will Your EU Home Business Take You?

Where Will Your EU Home Business Take You?

Hello! Welcome to today’s EU home based business article. When you start a home based business or online store in EU, you never know where it may take you.

Do you think Amazon founder Jeff Bezos ever dreamed his small web-based bookstore would grow into the largest online retailer? Bezos started his enterprise in the garage of his home in Bellevue, Washington.

All types of businesses are started in EU homes: manufacturing, accounting, day spas, catering, music/dance instruction, personal training, and a whole bunch of online retailers and service providers.

Even during times of economic stagnation, ambitious EU entrepreneurs build lucrative businesses from scratch. All of the top earning Zurich businesses started somewhere. In many cases that ‘somewhere’ was a garage, spare room, or a laptop on the kitchen counter.

Dream big with the Xocai Cookies low start-up business opportunity in EU.

Earn Residual Income In Zurich

Earn Residual Income In Zurich

Welcome Zurich home based business blog visitors! This site is for everyone in Zurich who is researching home based business opportunities.

There are as many flavors of home based businesses as their are Zurich entrepreneurs. In my Zurich neighborhood there are hairdressers, accountants, personal trainers, real estate agents, and mobile caterers that keep their business expenses low by working from home.

I run a thriving Xocai Cookies business from my home. One of the special characteristics of network marketing businesses is the ability to make passive income. Because I have built a large network of distributors, I have established several channels of residual income.

The members of my Xocai Cookies sales team are also establishing their own streams of passive income. As you consider which type of home based business to start, keep the Xocai Cookies ‘passive income factor’ in mind.

To learn more about my residual income business, call me today!

Video Game Exercising In USA

Video Game Exercising In USA

Welcome to the Healthy USA Children blog. This site is for USA parents who are concerned about the health of Switzerland children. Today’s article looks at fitness video games.

If your child would rather exercise their thumb on a gaming console than shoot some hoops or kick a soccer ball, they might enjoy Wii, Playstation, and Xbox games that require them to move their body to play the game. If players enjoy the game, they will probably not mind (or notice) sweating a little bit.

Of course, you will need the necessary accessories to play these fitness games. Your nearest USA Target, Wal-Mart or Best Buy probably has everything you need for your gaming system.

I perused the internet to see which games came up on game review sites. The following are bestsellers:

EA Sports Active
Punch-Out!
Dance Dance Revolution
Gold’s Gym Cardio and Dance Workout
Kinect Sports Review
Nickelodeon Fit
Wii Fit

By providing a variety of exercise choices for our USA children, we can encourage them to get some exercise every day. (You may also enjoy playing them with your child, but be prepared to lose.)

For info on a children’s health product, call me. Thanks for visiting!

Zurich Teens At Risk For Eating Disorders

Zurich Teens At Risk For Eating Disorders

Hello! Welcome to the Zurich children’s health blog. I am Xarah, the chocolate warrior. At this site, I publish information on nutrition and health issues that affect Zurich children and families. My goal is to improve the state of children’s health in the Zurich area.

Despite decades of increased awareness in Zurich about the dangers of a distorted body image and extreme dieting, eating disorders are still a serious problem.

A recent American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) study revealed disturbing facts about eating disorders among children.1 According to the report, 0.5 percent of teenage girls in the country are estimated to have anorexia. The bulimia rate among adolescent girls is estimated at more than double that at 1 to 2 percent. Though anorexia and bulimia are usually thought of as a problem for adolescents, Zurich parents should be aware that even young Zurich children are at risk, as well as males, though the rates are lower.

Switzerland pediatricians can help Zurich parents with children affected by an eating disorder. The AAP recommends a combination approach for the treatment of eating disorders in children. Treatment plans usually include nutritional guidance and psychiatric counseling along with the appropriate medical care.

For information about my Zurich wellness business, call me today!

December 29th, 2011 by Xarah

You Can Have A Home-Based Business In Zurich What does it take to succeed as a home based business owner in Zurich? I believe that the most important quality is dedication. I operate a direct sales business in my Zurich home. My network includes over 1000 Xe Energy Drink distributors.

Many of my team members had never operated a home business before they launched their Xe Energy Drink business. However, they were committed to learning on the job. Perseverance is the key. Of course, they all brought the skills they had acquired in their previous positions and applied them to their new venture.

What are your skills? Do you work in the tech support department for a large Zurich online retailer? Are you a persuasive UK sales rep? Are you a EU domestic technician (stay at home mom) who is a multi-tasking pro?

If so, you can build an income-generating home based business and supplement your income. If you would like to learn about the Xe Energy Drink opportunity, you can email me.

The Vitamin D/Sunscreen Dilemma In UK

December 27th, 2011 by Xarah

The Vitamin D/Sunscreen Dilemma In UK For the past thirty years or so, dutiful UK parents have been slathering their children with sunscreen when the little swimmers or soccer players head out into the sun. UK dermatologists and oncologists have urged us to be vigilant about skin cancer risks.

That’s all well and good, right? Then we started hearing about the importance of Vitamin D.

As it turns out, millions of American children, many here in UK, are dangerously deficient in this elusive nutrient.

Vitamin D is important for bone health, cell growth, immune system function, and keeping inflammation in check. Ironically, researchers are finding evidence that Vitamin D can help prevent many types of cancer.

What’s a confused UK parent to do? UK pediatricians don’t encourage parents to stop protecting their children from sunburn, but many say that 5-20 minutes of unprotected exposure may help ensure that your child has adequate levels of Vitamin D. When it comes to sun exposure, a little goes a long way.

If you wonder whether your UK child needs Vitamin D supplements, talk to your Zurich pediatrician or primary care doctor.

This site is for UK people who are dedicated to improving the health of children in the Zurich area. I am Xarah. I sell a nutritional product that UK parents can feel good about. If you would like to try Xocai Cookies, contact me by phone or email.
